School Visit
You are most welcome to visit the school and have an informal discussion with or without your child. This can be done by taking a prior appointment with the Admission Officer, whose contact details are given in the contact us link. A meeting can also be arranged with the Principal or any other faculty member that you may wish to see.

Admission Procedure
Below given is the exhaustive list of admission procdure(s) followed at Vidyawadi.

• Admission Forms can be obtained from Vidyawadi Campus between Dtd. 25th June to 30th June. Admission is strictly subject to availability of vacant seats for which the admission has to be sought.

• Student should carry all the necessary document(s)
  (* Transfer Certificate, Marksheets, Character Certificate, Passport Sized Photograph (4 in numbers), Migration Certificate (if students belongs to out of Rajasthan)
  
  * Stands for: Transfer Certificate should be counter signed through the concerned officer if last institution was aided or non-government
  

Application
Prospectus and Registration form can be downloaded from the school website, or can be obtained on request from the Incharge of Admissions at the school.

Parents are requested to be frank and honest in providing information in the registration form. Adverse information if any, whether scholastic or behavioral, will not be a ground for refusal of any admission request. Any such information would infact help the school to create a suitable environment for your child, once admitted. Any wrong information or concealment of information discovered later may lead to cancellation of admission.

Requests for admission can be made to the Incharge of Admissions and must include the following documents:

• Duly filled Registration form

• Scholastic Record/ Transcript of the student filled in by the present school
  
  
• Payment of Registration Fee
  
  
• Copy of Passport of the student (alternatively birth certificate along with proof for citizenship)
  
  
• Declaration from parents stating the country of employment/ work with documentary support

Interviews
The interview will be as pleasant and unthreatening as we can make it. It will normally be conducted by the respective Principal and the Counselor. We are interested in knowing about the child's/student's educational development, use of language, social skills, academic enthusiasms and extra-curricular interests. The aim of the interview is to find about what the student knows, understands and enjoys.
